近期,城中其一热门话题应该算是2008北京奥运会。当大家正关注着奥运会的准备活动时,有没有留意到奥运会的“五环”标志呢?蓝、黄、黑、绿、红五种颜色,象征着五大洲的友谊与团结。这正好带出今期要跟大家谈谈的“五色蔬果”健康饮食法。不同的植物含有不同的天然植物色素,总括来说可分为“青(绿)、赤(红)、黄、白、黑”五种,这正好与奥运会的五色环不谋而合,五色环代表各个地区有着独特的风土人情、不一样的运动员精英,而每一种颜色的食物都有其独特的营养成份,对人体有着不一样的功效,然而,两者最终的目的都是带出一个协调、健康、和谐的整体。
