针对煤矿职工文化水平参差不齐和思想基础差异大,给矿井安全生产带来极大隐患的实际,如何不断拓宽工作载体,平煤股份一矿工会创新运用“安全流动课堂”工作法,逐步将工作重心由一般帮教升华到以人为本、深化协管工作上去,让每一名协管员为安全生产尽职尽责,为一线职工构筑起群防群治的安全防线。
In view of the fact that coal mines have different cultural levels and different ideological bases and have brought great hidden dangers to the mine safety production, how to continuously broaden the working carrier, Pingdingshan First Coal Mine Union will make innovative use of the “Safe Mobile Classroom” Gradually shift the focus of work from the general help and education to people-oriented, to deepen the work of co-ordination, so that each co-ordinator for safety production due diligence, front-line workers to build the security group defense.
