Especially after the economy has entered a new normal, strengthening financial management is of crucial importance to the sustainable development of administrative institutions. This article expatiates the necessity and significance, main difficulties and existing problems of administrative institutions to strengthen financial management. On this basis, it puts forward feasible suggestions pertinently in order to improve the financial management level of administrative institutions.
