卡尔玛DRF型集装箱正面吊运机采用前进、后退各4个挡位电液变速器。该型吊运机在行驶过程中,若变速离合器出现压力过低现象,将造成变速离合器摩擦片打滑,行驶速度有所降低。这种现象开始发生时,行驶速度没有明显变化,往往被驾驶员忽略而继续使用,由此给变速器带来很大损害。为解决上述问题,我们加装了电液变速器保护装置,其结构如附图所示。该保护装置由梭阀、压力开关、继电器、二极管和声光报警器等组成。附图中虚线为油路,实线为电路。该装置通过换挡手柄接通前进或后退挡电源,以每个挡位变速离合器
