无职务党员应该积极参加设岗定责工作。一是积极申报岗位。根据党组织确定的各种岗位和自身的特长,选择一个比较适合自己的岗位,向党组织进行申报。如果身体状况不允许或者困难较多,首先要照顾好自己的身体和生活,并通过其它方式发挥党员作用。二是要在岗位上尽职尽责。按照岗位职责要求,认真履行责任,体现党员的先进性,树立党员形象。三是要加强学习。通过自学和参加有关培训,提高自身素质,增强履岗能力和服务群众、奉献社会的本领。 Party members without posts should actively participate in setting jobs and assign responsibilities.
