用VitekAMS-32系统检测了亚胺培南对368株医院内常见革兰阴性杆菌的抑菌率,结果其平均抑菌率为94.8%,显著高于其它10种抗生素,检出亚胺培南耐药株19株(铜绿假单胞菌16株,不动杆菌2株,阴沟肠杆菌1株),其耐药表型提示耐药机制主要是外膜孔蛋白D2缺失合并产I型去阻遏β-内酰胺酶。
