目的研究肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23和细胞癌基因c-abl在124例人类大肠癌中的表达,分析其变化的意义。方法免疫组化ABC法。结果nm23低表达与大肠癌组织分型、侵袭程度显著相关(P<0.05),nm23低表达者淋巴结转移率(87%)比正常表达者(10%)高(P<0.05)。c-abl在不同分化程度大肠癌中的表达无显著差异(P>0.05)。c-abl表达变化与肿瘤的浸润程度、淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论nm23低表达、c-abl高表达在大肠癌的发生、发展和淋巴结转移过程中起重要作用
Objective To investigate the expression of tumor metastasis suppressor gene nm23 and cell oncogene c-abl in 124 cases of human colorectal cancer and analyze the significance of the changes. Methods Immunohistochemical ABC method. Results The low expression of nm23 was significantly correlated with colorectal cancer tissue type and invasion (P<0.05), and the lymph node metastasis rate of nm23 low expression (87%) was higher than that of normal expression (10%) (P<0.05). . There was no significant difference in the expression of c-abl in different grades of colorectal cancer (P>0.05). The expression of c-abl was positively correlated with tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion The low expression of nm23 and high expression of c-abl play an important role in the occurrence, development and lymph node metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.
