“三微教育”激发调练热情竖起一个肯定的大拇指、表演一个娱乐小节目、将大专题分解为小模块……针对新兵首跳中容易产生紧张心理等问题,空军空降兵某团在年度新兵升空跳伞训练中,紧贴官兵思想,坚持把政治工作贯穿到升空跳伞的各个环节,积极为思想政治教育注入“新元素”。他们在跳伞员中广泛开展“微鼓励、微表演、微课堂”活动,有效减轻了新兵对跳伞的紧张情绪和顾虑心理,促进跳伞员以良好的心态、高昂的士气完成跳伞任务。
