文章基于中国综合社会调查CGSS2015的相关数据,选取社会治理和社会地位作为解释变量,选取社会公平感知作为被解释变量,运用二元分类Logit回归模型依次测度各自变量对社会公平感知的影响效应。结果表明:社会治理对社会公平感知具有显著正向影响。在考虑控制变量的条件下,每增加1个单位的社会治理,社会公平感知能够提升83.9%;社会地位对社会公平感知具有显著正向效应,在考虑控制变量的条件下,社会地位每提升1个层次,个体的社会公平感知就提高66.7%。因此,应当重视社会治理,提升社会治理层次与质量,同时尊重地位差

为检测秦皇岛市昌黎县某渔场养殖的致半滑舌鳎烂尾病的致病原,检测分离菌对抗生素的敏感性以及中草药对其的体外抑菌效果,本研究从患病鱼尾部肌肉分离纯化到一株细菌,采用TCBS鉴定培养基培养,结果可见绿色菌落,边缘整齐,表面光滑,轻微凸起;经革兰氏染色后镜检可见,分离菌为革兰氏阴性菌,两端钝圆,形状似月牙;经ATB全自动微生物鉴定仪判定,分离菌为创伤弧菌,符合率为99%;通过16S rDNA序列分析进一步鉴定分离菌为创伤弧菌,命名为CLVV-1。采用动物回归试验检测分离菌株的致病性,结果显示CLVV-1菌株可致半
