在油田场站、库区地下结构施工中,深、大基坑施工难度主要体现在区域土方支护、区域整体降水、土方大开挖、土方及材料的倒运等施工工序上。钢板桩支护的施工方法降低了深、大基坑土方支护作业的安全风险,具有安全性高、施工便捷、缩短工期的特点。结合曹妃甸油库雨污水池施工时的深、大基坑作业,在简要介绍工程概况、施工区域情况的基础上,较为详细地论述了施工平面布置、钢板桩选型、钢板桩施工工序、钢板桩及支护施工技术要求、基坑降水、工程效益分析等内容。工程实践表明,该工艺在降低深、大基坑土方支护作业的安全风险上效果明显,施工过程中若辅以降水,则可进一步提高临海码头深基坑的开挖效果。

The engineering practice shows that the technology has obvious effect on reducing the safety risk of earthwork support work in deep and large foundation pit. If assisted by precipitation during construction, the excavation effect of deep foundation pit of Linhai terminal can be further improved.
