本文介绍一种专一性的生色试剂9-甲氧基吖啶(9-MA),它能与有机结构上的脂肪伯胺反应,生成的有色络合物以分光光度法测定,方法灵敏,准确。利用此反应机理测定环丝氨酸的含量。测定方法:精密量取环丝氨酸水溶液(1.0×10~(-5)~3×10~(-4)mol/L)5ml置10ml容量瓶中,加9-MA乙腈溶液(2×10~(-2)mol/L)5.0ml充分混匀,60℃水浴中震荡60min,冷却至室温,用水稀释至刻度,在438nm波长处测定吸收度,同时做空白对照。
