我厂锻造车间所使用的加热设备均为油炉,原为水冷炉门,使用效果不好,且危险性极大。后改为铸铁炉门,炉门易于损坏,使工作现场温度高、工作环境恶劣。为此,我们设计了风冷炉门,通过测试,使用效果显著,达到了预热空气、节约燃料及冷却用水,改善工作现场环境条件的目的。一、油炉原采用的炉门1、水箱炉门锻造车间大锻工房的4台油炉,自70年代起炉门一直使用水箱冷却(如图1),由冷水通过炉门前水箱带走热量来降低炉前工
