对上海2个区4所小学的调查显示,教师在专业发展中经历的阻碍主要在于缺乏时间,其原因多是由于非专业性事务过于繁重。男性教师在专业发展中遇到的阻碍比女性教师更大,音体美教师遇到的阻碍更多,而科学、社会教师的阻碍主要在于素质能力不足,31年以上教龄的教师经历到的阻碍相对更小。专家阶段的教师比其他教师更缺少专业发展的时间和精力,他们的非专业性事务也更为繁重。随着年龄的增加,教师越来越受素质能力和已有经验的束缚。教师的发展意愿与教师经历的阻碍程度有极显著相关,提高他们的发展意愿成为教师专业发展的一个关键任务。
A survey of four primary schools in Shanghai’s two districts showed that teachers’ lack of time in their professional development hindered mainly due to the over-arduousness of non-professional affairs. Obstructions encountered by male teachers in professional development are greater than that of female teachers, and teachers of sound-body beauty encounter more obstacles. Obstacles of teachers in science and society are mainly due to the lack of teachers’ qualifications and lack of ability to meet the needs of teachers over 31 years of age Relatively smaller. Teachers in the expert stage lack more time and energy for professional development than other teachers, and their non-professional matters are more arduous. As they get older, teachers are increasingly bound by their quality and experience. Teachers’ willingness to develop has a very significant correlation with the degree of obstruction of teachers’ experience, and increasing their willingness to develop has become a key task for teachers’ professional development.
