目的探讨热环境训练法对本科生耐力素质训练的效果。方法采用教学试验法和数理统计法,比较热环境训练法对于大学一年级新生耐力跑成绩提高的效果。结果试验组学生在热环境下训练后,室内12 min跑的成绩,和对照组学生相比有显著提高(P<0.000 1);室外5 km跑的成绩也有显著差异(P<0.000 1)。结论在热环境中进行训练,由于环境温湿度的提高,使机体处于超负荷的状态,可更好地提高心脏的射血能力,提高最大摄氧量,再辅以身体各项生理指标的监测以进行运动量的及时调整,训练手段更为科学,更加符合人体运动规律,对迅速提高学生的耐力素质效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of thermal environment training on undergraduate endurance training. Methods The methods of teaching experiment and mathematical statistics were used to compare the effect of thermal environment training method on the freshmen endurance run of freshmen. Results After training in thermal environment, the results of 12-minute indoor training in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.000 1). There was also significant difference in outdoor 5-km running (P 0.0001). Conclusion Training in thermal environment, due to the increase of temperature and humidity in the environment, makes the body overload, which can better improve the ejection ability of the heart, increase the maximal oxygen uptake, and then monitor the physiological indexes of the body In order to adjust the amount of exercise in a timely manner, more scientific training methods, more in line with the law of human movement, the rapid improvement of students’ endurance quality effect is remarkable.
