低渗透气藏储层一般具有渗透率低、泥质含量高的特征。不经过水力压裂,该类气藏就不能有效地投入开发。而水基压裂液对泥质含量高的水敏性低渗透地层伤害极大,故研究油基压裂液在我国具有重大的现实意义。介绍了一种新型的油基压裂液,该压裂液是用磷酸酯铝稠化剂和一种油溶性活化剂配置而成,克服了现有油基压裂液的一系列缺点;提出了活化剂用量、凝胶表观粘度、抗剪切能力、破胶剂破胶能力、滤失性能、岩心伤害率等实验数据,这些数据指标均在优质油基压裂液性能范围之内;说明该压裂液具有流动性能好、凝固点低、易溶化、不易老化、对地层伤害少、易返排、配置及施工方便等特点。
Low-permeability gas reservoirs generally have the characteristics of low permeability and high clay content. Without hydraulic fracturing, such gas reservoirs can not be effectively put into development. However, water-based fracturing fluids are very harmful to water-sensitive low-permeability formations with high mud content. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study oil-based fracturing fluids in our country. A new type of oil-based fracturing fluid is introduced. The fracturing fluid is composed of phosphate aluminum thickener and an oil-soluble activator, which overcomes a series of disadvantages of the existing oil-based fracturing fluid. The experimental data of the amount of activator, the apparent viscosity of the gel, the shear resistance, the breaking ability of the gel breaker, the fluid loss performance and the core damage rate are all within the performance range of the high quality oil based fracturing fluid. It shows that the fracturing fluid has the characteristics of good flow performance, low freezing point, easy to dissolve, not easy to aging, less damage to the formation, easy to return row, configuration and construction convenience.
