本文首先介绍了我国导游薪酬制度的演变过程,重点从旅行社管理、导游、游客等方面分析了现阶段导游薪酬制度问题出现的根源,并对建立合理的导游薪酬制度进行了探讨,得出只有政府、旅行社、导游、游客等多方面相互合作、共同努力,才能使我国的旅游市场更加规范起来,旅游业才能更加繁荣。 This paper first introduces the evolution of the tour guide salary system in our country, and analyzes the root causes of the tour guide pay system issue from the aspects of travel agency management, tour guides and tourists, and discusses the establishment of a reasonable guided tour pay system. It concludes that only the government , Travel agencies, tour guides, tourists and many other mutual cooperation and joint efforts in order to make our tourism market more standardized, the tourism industry can be more prosperous.
