1983年11月7日至11日,丹麦专家在北京举行了“能源与污染控制技术报告会”,对能源规划、利用与环境保护等方面作了技术报告。在五十和六十年代,煤炭和石油的价格便宜,丹麦和许多国家一样,由于经济发展,迅速增长的能源要求主要依赖于进口石油。至1973年,丹麦全国能源总消耗的90%以上,是依靠进口中东的石油。在1973年以前,丹麦的能源消费增长迅速。从1960年至1970年,能源总消费量增长115%(见表1),电力消费量的年平均增长率为12%。
From November 7th to November 11th, 1983, Danish experts held the “Energy and Pollution Control Technology Report” in Beijing and made technical reports on energy planning, utilization, and environmental protection. In the 1950s and 1960s, coal and oil were cheap, and Denmark, like many other countries, was rapidly dependent on imported oil because of economic development. By 1973, over 90% of Denmark’s total energy consumption in the country was dependent on imports of oil from the Middle East. Before 1973, energy consumption in Denmark grew rapidly. From 1960 to 1970, total energy consumption increased by 115% (see Table 1), and the average annual growth rate of electricity consumption was 12%.
