航空装备的综合保障工作,是我军航空装备战斗力得以生存和保持的基石,是我军“保障有力”、“打得赢”的重要基础。因此,它应是航空兵部队军事工作的重点。自1998年总装备部成立以来,这项工作的开展,发展进程明显加快。但是,由于种种原因,我军的航空装备综合保障工作,还存在不少问题。如何加强对这些问题的研究,并找出相应的对策,就是一项十分重要的课题。 The comprehensive safeguarding of aviation equipment is the cornerstone of the survival and maintenance of the combat effectiveness of our aviation equipment. It is also an important foundation for our military to “safeguard its power” and “win a win.” Therefore, it should be the focus of the military work of the aviation unit. Since the establishment of the General Armaments Department in 1998, the progress of this work has accelerated noticeably. However, due to various reasons, there are still many problems with the comprehensive military aviation equipment support work of our military.
