对学者学术影响力进行科学合理,公正客观的评价,是科研管理部门、学术界和文献计量学领域极为关注的课题。采用文献计量学引文分析法和数理统计法,以CNKI为数据来源,检索出高影响力前50名的57位体育学者,采用文献计量学引文分析法和数理统计法,以我国体育学者的h指数为评价指标分析其相关数据,阐述了h指数计算方法及其与发文量、被引量和篇均被引量的相互关系。h指数的排名与被引频次具有显著相关性,学者被引频次越高,其影响力越强,则h指数排名越靠前;h指数的排名与发文量也具有显著相关性,但其对h指数的影响与被引频次对h指数的影响相比较小;h指数与篇均被引量之间不具有显著相关性。发文量多、质量高对提高学者的h指数有利。h指数是一个累积指标,它不仅仅可以测量学者成就的峰值,还可以有效地测度学者的持久效绩。指出了h指数在学术影响力评价中存在的问题和不足,针对性地提出了改进措施。通过理论分析和实证研究来说明h指数在体育学者学术影响力评价中的科学应用,综合h指数能够更全面、准确地评价科研绩效,为人们了解h指数及今后广泛应用提供参考与借鉴。 It is a subject of great concern to the scientific research management department, academia and bibliometrics that the scholar’s academic influence is scientifically, reasonably and objectively evaluated. It is beneficial to raise scholar’s h-index when sending a large amount of documents. h index is a cumulative indicator, it can not only measure the peak of academic achievement, but also can effectively measure the long-term performance of scholars. Points out the problems and shortcomings of the h index in the academic influence assessment, and puts forward the improvement measures in a targeted manner. Through the theoretical analysis and empirical research to illustrate the scientific application of h-index in the evaluation of academic influence of sports scholars, the comprehensive h-index can evaluate the performance of scientific research more comprehensively and accurately, and provide reference and reference for people to understand the h-index and its future wide application.
