2010年10月28日《社会保险法》获得通过,将于2011年7月1日实施。这部法律的颁布实施,将对企业的劳动用工管理产生广泛的影响。本文从企业人力资源管理的角度来剖析其对企业有哪些有利和不利的影响。
The “Social Security Law” was passed on October 28, 2010 and will be implemented on July 1, 2011. The promulgation and implementation of this law will have a wide range of influence on the management of labor and employment in enterprises. This article analyzes the favorable and unfavorable influence on the company from the perspective of enterprise human resource management.
