引言:2007年,中国消费者协会确定的主题是“消费和谐”。“和谐”是一种理念,更是对目前消费领域提出的要求。近年来,随着住宅这一大额耐耗商品越来越进入人们的消费领域,有关住宅产品质量、面积“缩水”、合同欺诈等房地产纠纷和问题也是日趋严重,“3·15”期间,房产投诉的狂潮,更是一浪高过一浪。由于房地产纠纷涉及多方利益,配套法规又不是很完善,因此,调解起来相对困难,却又是老百姓比较关心的一个话题,但是购房者常常不知道该如何维权。在3·15消费者权益日来临之际,笔者选取了部分房产投诉热点问题进行分析,为购房者寻找“维权之道”。
Introduction: In 2007, the theme set by the China Consumer Association was “Consumption harmony ”. “Harmony ” is a concept, but also the current requirements of the consumer areas. In recent years, real estate disputes and problems concerning residential product quality, area “shrinkage” and contract fraud have also become increasingly serious with the increasing consumption of residential large-scale consumption goods in people’s consumption areas. 3.15 “During the real estate complaints frenzy, it is a wave after wave. As real estate disputes involve multiple interests, supporting laws and regulations are not perfect, therefore, mediation is relatively difficult, but people are more concerned about a topic, but buyers often do not know how to safeguard their rights. On the occasion of 3.15 Consumer Rights Day, the author selected some real estate complaints hot issues for analysis, to find buyers ”rights of the road."
