【目的】设计情绪共鸣体验为中心的综合培训计划,以探究提高孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disor-der,ASD)儿童社交技能及社会适应能力的干预方法及主流教育中的融和教育措施。【方法】对10例入读主流学校的孤独症谱系障碍儿童[男7例、女3例,平均年龄(9.4±1.5)岁]进行小组干预,同时对家长开展教养指导培训。培训结束后以自编儿童家庭行为表现和家庭关系调查表、在校行为调查表由家长、老师分别评估。【结果】短期社交情绪综合培训后ASD儿童情绪、家庭行为、在校行为表现均好转,整体社会适应能力提高。家长态度、家庭教养环境改善。【结论】此次培训课程适合在实施融和教育中进一步尝试和推广。
【Objective】 To design a comprehensive training program focusing on emotional resonance experience to explore intervention methods to improve social skills and social adaptability of children with autism spectrum disor-der (ASD) and measures of integrating education in mainstream education. 【Methods】 10 children with autism spectrum disorder [7 males and 3 females, average age (9.4 ± 1.5) years old] were enrolled in the mainstream schools. Interventions were given to parents for parenting education. After the training, self-compiled questionnaire of family behavior and family relationship of children and parents, teachers were respectively assessed in school behavior questionnaire. 【Results】 After short-term social emotion comprehensive training, ASD children’s mood, family behavior and school behavior improved, and their overall social adaptability improved. Parents attitude, family upbringing environment improved. 【Conclusion】 This training course is suitable for further attempts and promotion in the implementation of blended education.
