应用文,以实务为目的,尚实,不尚虚;尚简,不尚繁。要而言之,无非“事、理、格、简、明、快”六个字。写作应用文,首先要把事情、事件、事由交代明白;要把提出事情、事件、事由的道理辨析清楚;要有一定的格式保证;叙述要简略,用词要明确精当;写作速度要快。在以往的应用文教学课堂上,一般采取的都是教师先将某种应用文的功能、格式、用途、写作方法等一一口头讲授,然后做些练习加以巩固的方法。有许多应用文课堂甚至不做课堂训练,而以背诵一些应用文的定义、格式为宗旨。这样的应用文课堂一般比较呆板、枯燥,并且完全不能提高学生的动手
Application of texts, for practical purposes, still solid, not yet virtual; still simple, not yet complicated. In other words, nothing more than “things, science, grid, Jane, Ming, fast ” six words. This kind of applied text class is generally more dull, boring, and can not improve students’ hands
