目的:探讨养正消积胶囊对胃癌组织增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA),p53蛋白,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法:治疗组运用养正消积胶囊联合化疗,对照组单纯化疗,用药6个月,治疗前后均以免疫组化S-P法进行PCNA,p53蛋白,VEGF的检测。结果:两组PCNA,p53,VEGF的表达均明显降低(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组PCNA,p53,VEGF分别为(33.16±12.6)%,(41.35±11.4)%,(42.16±13.61)%,对照组PCNA,p53,VEGF分别为(63.20±15.3)%,(59.15±11.9)%,(63.19±12.47)%,两组相比有统计学差异(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组。结论:养正消积胶囊能明显抑制PCNA,p53蛋白,VEGF表达,进一步阻止逆转胃黏膜上皮的恶性表型,起到抗癌作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule on the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), p53 protein and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in gastric cancer. Methods: The treatment group was treated with Yangzhengxiaoji capsule combined with chemotherapy. The control group was treated with chemotherapy alone for 6 months. The expression of PCNA, p53 protein and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method before and after treatment. Results: The expressions of PCNA, p53 and VEGF were significantly decreased in both groups (P <0.01). The PCNA, p53 and VEGF in the treatment group were 33.16 ± 12.6%, 41.35 ± 11.4%, 42.16 ± 13.61% (63.20 ± 15.3)%, (59.15 ± 11.9)% and (63.19 ± 12.47)% respectively in the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01) In the control group. Conclusion: Yangzhengxiaoji Capsule can significantly inhibit the expression of PCNA, p53 protein and VEGF, and further prevent the reversal of malignant phenotype of gastric mucosa epithelium, and play an anti-cancer role.
