在人民生活水平不断提高的今天,改善稻米品质是人们的普遍要求,育种工作者也正为此在作种种努力。稻米品质包括食味、营养、加工及外观品质诸方面。本文只涉及营养品质的主要方面,即蛋白质含量。为提高新品种的蛋白质含量必需要有较高含量的种质资源供育种工作者选用。为此,我们在对江西地方水稻品种资源作了众多的特征特性观察记载的同时,并逐个测定了蛋白质含量。现将1980~1983年四年的测定结果作一初步分析。
With the improvement of living standards of the people, improving rice quality is a common requirement of people and breeders are making every effort to do so. Rice quality includes taste, nutrition, processing and appearance quality aspects. This article deals only with the main aspects of nutritional quality, namely protein content. In order to improve the protein content of the new varieties, higher germplasm resources are needed for breeding workers. To this end, we made a lot of characteristics of rice varieties in Jiangxi Province made a number of observations recorded at the same time, one by one determination of the protein content. Now 1980 ~ 1983 four years of measurement results for a preliminary analysis.
