煤矿女工家属安全联保是上世纪80年代初为适应煤矿安全生产需要、拓宽群众安全工作领域、探索安全群监工作新路子而建立的一种群众安全工作模式。煤矿女工家属安全联保员是由各矿安全联保委员会会同街道妇联、井下基层区队,按照联保员的素质要求,本着公开、公平、公正和民主择优的原则选聘的。在当前煤矿转型跨越发展的新形势下,如何成为一名优秀的煤矿女工家属安全联保员呢?
