“天下熙熙,皆为利来,天下攘攘,皆为利往”。民事主体权利的产生和目的,无非是实现自己利益。由于利益范围广泛,不能完全不受限制。法益的出现,解释了权利的本质。本文对法益与利益、权利三者进行了分析,进而完善我国的法益提出相关见解。

Due to the wide range of interests, it can not be completely unrestricted. The emergence of legal benefits explains the nature of rights. This article analyzes the legal benefits, interests and rights, and then puts forward the relevant opinions on the legal benefits of our country.
