采用气相色谱仪对我国不同产区白肋烟及四川省不同白肋烟品种调制后烟叶的生物碱组成和含量、烟碱转化株和烟碱转化率进行了测定分析。结果表明,四川白肋烟烟碱转化率显著高于其他产区,四川主栽品种宣汉-5存在严重的烟碱转化问题,其中种植面积较大的窄叶类型的转化株率高达96.0%,平均烟碱转化率为34.8%。达白1号烟碱转化问题相对较小,3个地点的转化株率分别为18.0%,18.0%和52.0%,平均烟碱转化率分别为3.5%,3.1%和14.3%,在经过改良后,有较高利用价值。鄂烟1号和TN90群体中也不同程度存在转化株。新配制的杂交种达白3号和达所24烟碱转化问题突出,转化株率达100%,需要进行系统选择和改良。同一品种在不同地点烟碱转化表现出差异性。
The composition and content of alkaloids, nicotine transformants and nicotine conversion rate in tobacco leaves prepared from Burley tobacco of different producing areas in China and burley tobacco varieties in Sichuan Province were determined by gas chromatography. The results showed that the conversion rate of nicotine in burley tobacco in Sichuan was significantly higher than that in other producing areas. There was a serious problem of nicotine conversion in Xuanhan-5, which is the main cultivar of Sichuan Province.
