干旱胁迫严重影响着作物生长发育。主要从作物形态、渗透调节、光合作用、细胞膜及其结构的保护机制、干旱传感和信号转导、转录因子以及干旱诱导蛋白等方面对作物抗旱生理及其分子机制研究进展进行概述。以及对传统抗旱育种和现代分子抗旱育种作一简要概述。以期为我国抗旱农业研究与抗旱育种提供一些思路。
Drought stress seriously affects crop growth and development. The research progress on drought resistance physiology and molecular mechanism of crops is summarized mainly from crop morphology, osmotic regulation, photosynthesis, protective mechanisms of cell membrane and its structure, drought sensing and signal transduction, transcription factors and drought-induced proteins. As well as a brief overview of traditional drought resistance breeding and modern molecular drought resistance breeding. In order to provide some ideas for drought-resistant agriculture research and drought breeding in our country.
