我厂现有两座300m~3高炉生产,近年来生产水平逐渐提高。1986年利用系数较1985年提高0.235(增长15.7%),焦比下降12kg.1987年前4个月生产指标又有所改善,4月份两座高炉平均利用系数达1.985,其中2号炉已达2.006,焦比降到557kg。高炉利用系数的提高是降低焦比和提高冶炼强度同步的结果,其中提高冶炼强度是主要因素。在提高冶炼强度的过程中,除重视改善原、燃料质量这个物质基础外,改善高炉操作亦是关键措施。下面简要介绍我厂改善高炉操作方面的一些经验。
I plant two existing 300m ~ 3 blast furnace production, production levels gradually increased in recent years. In 1986, the coefficient of utilization increased by 0.235 (15.7% increase over 1985) and the coke ratio decreased by 12kg. Production indicators improved 4 months prior to 1987. The average utilization factor of both blast furnaces reached 1.985 in April, of which furnace number 2 reached 2.006, coke ratio dropped to 557kg. Blast furnace utilization coefficient is to reduce the coke ratio and improve the synchronization of the results of smelting strength, which is to increase the smelting strength is the main factor. In improving the smelting strength, besides focusing on improving the material basis of fuel and fuel quality, improving blast furnace operation is also a key measure. Here is a brief introduction of my factory to improve the operation of the blast furnace some experience.
