以金桂、银桂种子为试材,采用不同剂量~(60)Co-γ射线辐射种子,观察辐射对桂花种子发芽率及胚根生长的影响,以种子50%发芽率为基准,通过直线回归方程计算半致死剂量,以研究桂花辐射诱变育种,探讨桂花种子辐射剂量的问题,选育具有较高观赏价值的桂花优良新品种。结果表明:~(60)Co-γ射线辐射可引起桂花种子胚根缩短、发芽率降低;金桂与银桂种子的辐射半致死剂量分别为123.807、118.381Gy,最大辐照量为250Gy。辐射剂量与金桂和银桂种子的发芽率间呈高度负相关,相关系数分别为r=-0.910、r=-0.934。金桂种子辐射敏感性高于银桂种子。
The effects of radiation on seed germination rate and radicle growth of Osmanthus fragrans seedlings were observed by irradiating seeds with different doses of ~ (60) Co-γ rays with the seeds of Jin Gui and Gui Gui as tested materials. The germination rate of 50% The semi-lethal dose was calculated by the regression equation to study the mutation breeding of Osmanthus fragrans, to discuss the radiation dose of Osmanthus fragrans seed, and to breed the new Osmanthus fragrans variety with higher ornamental value. The results showed that radiation of ~ (60) Co-γ rays could shorten the radicle and decrease the germination rate of the osmanthus fragrans seeds; the radiation lethal doses of the seeds were 123.807 and 118.381Gy, respectively, and the maximum irradiance was 250Gy. The radiation dose and the germination rate of Jingui and Guiyang seeds were highly negative correlation, the correlation coefficients were r = -0.910, r = -0.934. The radiation sensitivity of Jingui seed is higher than that of Gui seed.
