用正交试验方法,探讨绞股蓝口服液制备工艺条件。结果表明,用50％乙醇进行提取,醇沉前药液浓缩比重达1.14,醇沉浓度为70％,水沉时加药液3倍量的水,可使制备的口服液澄明度较好,且绞股蓝总皂甙含量也较高。 Orthogonal test method was used to investigate the preparation conditions of Gynostemma oral solution. The results showed that with 50% ethanol extraction, the preconcentration of the alcohol-precipitated solution was 1.14, the alcohol concentration was 70%, and when the water-sink was added 3 times the amount of water, the clarity of the prepared oral solution was better. And Gynostemma total saponin content is also high.
