随着ISO 9000系列标准在世界范围内被普遍接受,因而对这一套系列标准的发展前景和TC176的工作也引起普遍的关注。受ISO/TC176的委托,由美国D.Marquardt、法国J.Chove、丹麦K.Jensen、德国K.Petrick、英国J.Pyle、加拿大D.Strchle等人组成一个特别任务小组,对ISO 9000系列的结构、编号、贯彻和将来远景,写出了一份被称做“2000展望——90年代在质量领域实施国际标准的战略”的文件。1990年10月在瑞士举行的TC176会上,委员会一致正式通过了报告的战略原则。由于它对国际质量标准化活动有很大的影响,自然也对我们学习理解ISO 9000系列标准会有一定的指导意义,故将该报告译文(略有删节)刊登如下,供大家在工作中参考。
