目的 :观察低分子量肝素 (LMWH)对盐酸阿霉素 (adriamych)肾病大鼠血脂代谢紊乱和肾功能损害程度的影响。方法 :采用盐酸阿霉素复制肾病综合征模型大鼠 ,并随机分为 4组。对照组大鼠注射 0 .9%NaCl,治疗组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ大鼠注射不同剂量的低分子量肝素 ,疗程 2个月。结果 :治疗组的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :低分子量肝素能改善盐酸阿霉素肾病大鼠的高脂血症 ,减轻肾损害 ,并保护肾功能
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) on dyslipidemia and renal dysfunction in adriamych hydrochloride nephropathy rats. Methods: The rats with nephrotic syndrome were induced by adriamycin hydrochloride and were randomly divided into 4 groups. Rats in the control group were injected with 0.9% NaCl. The rats in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were given different doses of low molecular weight heparin for 2 months. Results: The total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Low molecular weight heparin improves hyperlipidemia, reduces renal damage, and protects renal function in adriamycin hydrochloride nephropathy rats
