由于企业的文化建设直接或间接地影响企业的生产和经营,而企业报作为企业文化建设的重要宣传阵地,发挥着越来越显著的作用。但是目前国内企业所创办的大多数报刊尚处在初级阶段,无论是对其功能的认识上,还是经营管理、办报人员的队伍建设上,内容或版面设置上都存在一些问题。本文试图剖析目前我国企业报存在的主要问题,寻求解决的途径,使企业报更好地为企业、员工服务。
As the corporate culture directly or indirectly affect the production and operation of enterprises, corporate newspapers play an increasingly significant role as an important propaganda position for corporate culture construction. However, at present, most newspapers and periodicals founded by domestic enterprises are still in their infancy. No matter whether they are aware of their functions, they still have some problems on the team building, content or layout of their management staff and newspaper staff. This article attempts to analyze the main problems existing in the current enterprises in our country and find ways to solve them so that they can serve enterprises and employees better.
