玻璃化转变理论是高分子科学中的一个重要理论,用于表征物理特性,是指无定形聚合物因受热从玻璃态到橡胶态或因冷却从橡胶态到玻璃态的转变。该文阐述了食品的玻璃态与玻璃化转变及中药浸膏粉成分与食品成分之间的相似关系,建立中药浸膏粉玻璃化转变温度(Tg)的测定方法,分析其主要影响因素。同时基于Tg对中药干燥工艺、制粒工艺与中药浸膏粉及其固体制剂储存中存在的问题进行分析与探讨并提出控制策略,以期为中药固体制剂的研发和生产提供指导意义。
Glass transition theory is an important theory in polymer science to characterize physical properties. It refers to the transition of amorphous polymers from glassy state to rubbery state due to heat or from rubbery state to glassy state due to cooling. This article describes the glassy and glass transition of food and the similarities between the ingredients of Chinese traditional medicine powder and the ingredients of food, and establishes the method to determine the glass transition temperature (Tg) of traditional Chinese medicine extract powder and analyzes its main influencing factors. At the same time, based on the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine drying technology, granulation technology and traditional Chinese medicine extract powder and its solid preparation storage problems analysis and discussion and proposed control strategies, in order to provide guidance for the development and production of solid preparations of traditional Chinese medicine.
