目的了解北京市西城区各类托幼机构手卫生消毒质量,以便进一步加强管理。方法采用抽样检测调查。结果儿童手合格率55.6%,老师手合格率76.5%,厨师手合格率73.5%;肥皂(盒)合格率42.9%,饮水桶龙头合格率78.6%,龙头合格率69.5%。结论托幼机构卫生消毒质量有待提高,应加强宣传教育与监督管理。 Objective To understand the quality of hand hygiene disinfection of all kindergartens and nurseries in Xicheng District of Beijing to further strengthen the management. Methods Sampling inspection survey. Results The passing rate of children’s hands was 55.6%, the passing rate of teachers was 76.5%, the passing rate of chef was 73.5%; the passing rate of soap (box) was 42.9%; the passing rate of drinking bucket faucet was 78.6% and that of faucet was 69.5%. Conclusion The quality of hygiene and disinfection of nurseries should be improved. Publicity, education and supervision should be strengthened.
