游泳运动员由于受到本项目极为特殊的动作要求,经常受到肩痛的袭扰。其痛点一般是源于连接肩胛骨与上臂之间的回旋肌。但只要我们在生活中注意正确的锻炼方法,是可以恢复回旋肌的力量和耐力的。
Swimmers are often harassed by shoulder pain due to the extremely special demands of the program. The pain point is generally derived from connecting the scapula with the upper arm of the gyrus.
