一、可持续发展理念中的文化要素(一)可持续发展可持续发展(Sustainable Development)是国际上80年代提出的一个新概念。1987年世界环境与发展委员会在《我们共同的未来》报告中第一次阐述了可持续发展的概念,得到了国际社会的广泛共识。可持续发展不是一成不变的概念,而是动态的、不断演进的。从尊重代际责任,在保护生态系统和自然环境的前提下提高人类的生活质量,到关注社会公正和消除贫困,可持续发展的概念在逐渐完善。
First, the cultural elements of the concept of sustainable development (a) Sustainable Development Sustainable development (Sustainable Development) is a new concept put forward in the 1980s. In 1987, the World Commission on Environment and Development first described the concept of sustainable development in its “Our Common Future” report and gained broad consensus of the international community. Sustainable development is not a static concept but a dynamic and evolving one. The concept of sustainable development is gradually being improved from respecting intergenerational responsibilities, improving the quality of life of humankind under the premise of protecting the ecological system and the natural environment, paying attention to social justice and eliminating poverty.
