应用免疫单扩散法测定 5 5例重症肌无力 (MG)患者和 41例健康对照者血清中补体 (C1 q、C3 、C4、C9、C1 -INH因子、B因子 )的浓度。结果发现 ,MG患者 C1 -INH因子浓度明显高于健康对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,而 C1 q和C9明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;并且 ,随着受累肌群的增加 ,C1 q和 C9有降低的趋势 ,而 C1 -INH因子有升高趋势 ;其它补体成分的浓度与对照组相比无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。16例 MG初诊患者用药后 ,C9浓度显著升高 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,C1 q增高趋势及 C1 -INH因子下降趋势均明显 ,但三者均未恢复至正常水平 (P<0 .0 1)。提示对 MG患者测定血清补体 ,有助于进行动态观察 ,并可作为判断病情严重程度 (活动性 )的客观指标
The concentrations of complement (C1 q, C3, C4, C9, C1 -INH, and factor B) in sera of 55 patients with myasthenia gravis (MG) and 41 healthy controls were measured by the single immunodiffusion method. The results showed that the concentration of C1 -INH in patients with MG was significantly higher than that in healthy controls (P <0.01), while C1 q and C9 were significantly lower than those in controls (P <0.01) Involvement of muscle groups, C1 q and C9 have a downward trend, while C1 -INH factor has an upward trend; other complement components concentration compared with the control group no significant difference (P> 0.05). The 16 patients with newly diagnosed MG had significantly higher C9 concentration (P <0.01), higher C1 q and lower tendency of C1 -INH, but none of them recovered to normal level (P0.01) .0 1). Prompt determination of serum complement in patients with MG, is helpful for dynamic observation, and can be used as objective indicators to determine the severity of the disease (activity)
