频频发生的恐怖袭击和威胁事件,让人们不得不更加关注安全问题。尽管国际社会不遗余力地打击恐怖主义,但恐怖威胁并未消除,国际反恐形势依然严峻。在屡次发生的恐怖袭击和威胁中,爆炸恐怖活动是一种常见的、恶劣的严重犯罪形式。如何有效应对严峻的反恐形势,并利用现代科技手段预防和遏制爆炸犯罪活动,已成为国际话题。为了加强机场、地铁、学校等地区的安全,世界各国都在积极探索研制新型的安全检查技术及设备。
Frequent terrorist attacks and threats have forced people to pay more attention to security issues. Although the international community has spared no effort to combat terrorism, the terrorist threat has not been eliminated and the international anti-terrorism situation remains harsh. Among the recurring terrorist attacks and threats, the explosion of terror is a common and abominable form of serious crime. How to effectively deal with the harsh anti-terrorism situation and how to prevent and deter explosive criminal activities by means of modern science and technology has become an international topic. In order to strengthen the security in airports, subways, schools and other areas, all countries in the world are actively exploring the development of new types of security inspection technologies and equipment.
