大陆解放以后,逃到台湾的蒋介石集团,为实现其“光复大陆”的美梦,一方面不顾全国人民的强烈谴责,与美帝国主义相互勾结,签订了所谓的《共同防御条约》;另一方面经常出动舰艇、飞机和派遣武装人员对沿海地区进行抢劫、袭扰、轰炸,破坏海上交通和沿海渔业生产。从1950年6月至1954年底,先后进行500多次袭扰活动,打死打伤沿海军民上百人,抓走渔民1100人、劫走渔船132艘,严重威胁着沿海人民的生命财产安全。
After the liberation of the mainland, the Chiang Kai-shek clique who fled to Taiwan, in order to realize its dream of “recovering the mainland”, signed the so-called “common defensive treaty” in defiance of the strong condemnation by the people throughout the country and in collusion with the US imperialists. On the other hand, Frequent ships, aircraft and armed personnel were deployed to loot, harass and bomb the coastal areas and to undermine maritime traffic and coastal fishery production. From June 1950 to the end of 1954, it conducted more than 500 raids, killing and wounding hundreds of civilians and civilians along the coast, taking 1,100 fishermen and stole 132 fishing vessels, seriously threatening the lives and property of coastal people.
