由杭州照相机械研究所和江苏工学院共同承担的机械工业发展基金项目《照相机关键零件热处理工艺研究》课题,于1990年2月16日在杭州通过技术鉴定。与会专家认为:①本课题通过几种工艺试验研究后确定的照相机低碳钢冲压件氮化、抛光、氧化复层工艺(简称NPO工艺)可以大大提高零件的防蚀性能和装饰性能,减小摩擦系数,并兼具表面硬度高、耐磨性好,脆性小等优点,所处理零件的质量达到国内同行业的领先水平,超过日本同类产品精工-
