一、国外少数民族文化保护与传承现状在国外许多民族国家的少数民族,随着社会的变迁发展出现了逐渐向主体民族融合,其民族文化逐部被主流文化所取代的现象。当今,各国都在关注本国民族传统文化的传承与保护,如美国自20世纪60年代经历了民权运动后,各民族文化可以在统一的美利坚国家认同下得到保护,允许各少数民族在忠于本国的前提下,出版本民族语言报刊、书籍、创建本民族的学校,保持自身独特的宗教信仰,从而使其呈现一体多元的文化景象。
