今年7月1日,是《行政许可法》正式实施的日子。《行政许可法》的制订与实施,奠定了我国行政法制建设的又一块里程碑。此前出台的《行政诉讼法》、《行政处罚法》、《行政复议法》、《行政监察法》、《国家赔偿法》等等,无不呈现出了监控行政权力、保护百姓权益的立法追求。为了帮助读者了解我国行政立法思想的演变过程,本刊特刊发相关报道,对上述立法进行总结性梳理,全面展示我国行政法制的发展脉络。
July 1 this year, is the “Administrative Permission Act” the official implementation of the day. The formulation and implementation of the “Administrative Permission Law” laid yet another milestone in the construction of China’s administrative legal system. The “Administrative Procedure Law”, “Administrative Punishment Law”, “Administrative Reconsideration Law”, “Administrative Supervision Law” and “State Compensation Law” that were promulgated before all showed the legislative pursuit of monitoring administrative power and protecting people’s rights and interests. In order to help readers understand the evolution of China’s administrative legislation, this special issue of special reports, the above-mentioned legislation to sort out a comprehensive review of China’s administrative legal system to fully develop the context.
