拟定了一个动力学荧光测定柠檬酸的新方法,在硫酸介质中,柠檬酸能活化钒(Ⅴ)催化氯酸钾氧化罗丹明 6G,使其荧光猝灭,方法检出限为 1.3 × 10-6mol/L;线性范围为 4.0×10-6~1.2×10-4mol/L。直接用于柠檬酸钠注射液、汽水中柠檬酸的测定。回收率为 96%~100.5%,获得满意结果;
A new method of kinetic fluorescence determination of citric acid was developed. In sulfuric acid medium, vanadium (Ⅴ) was activated by citric acid to catalyze the oxidation of rhodamine 6G by potassium chlorate to quench its fluorescence. The detection limit was 1.3 × 10 ~ 6mol / L; linear range of 4.0 × 10-6 ~ 1.2 × 10-4mol / L. Directly used in sodium citrate injection, determination of citric acid in soft drinks. The recovery rate was 96% ~ 100.5%, to obtain satisfactory results;
