远红外线内热法养护混凝土,一般适用于方形断面或矩形断面的现浇或预制梁、柱等结构,但断面尺寸小于200毫米者不宜采用。用此种方法养护混凝土,热效能利用率高,节约能源,在我国北方地区冬期施工中有一定推广价值。我工区担任的新疆饭店2号主楼,为九层框架结构,柱网间距为6.4×6.6米及6.6×4.7米,层高3.6米,现浇混凝土柱为方形断面0.5×0.5米,梁为预制叠合梁,断面为0.25×0.47米,现浇叠合断面为0.25×0.18米。自1980年10月下旬至1981年3月底冬期施工阶段先后完成了五层框架柱及六、七层预制叠合梁的养护,现介绍如下:
Far-infrared heat preservation method for concrete is generally applied to cast-in-place or prefabricated beams, columns and other structures with square cross-sections or rectangular cross-sections, but cross-sectional dimensions smaller than 200 mm should not be used. By using this method to preserve concrete, the utilization rate of thermal efficiency is high and energy is saved. It has certain promotion value in winter construction in northern China. The main building of the Xinjiang Hotel No. 2 served by our work area is a nine-story frame structure with a spacing between columns of 6.4×6.6 meters and 6.6×4.7 meters, a height of 3.6 meters, and a cast-in-situ concrete column with a square section of 0.5×0.5 meters. The beams are prefabricated. The laminated beam has a section of 0.25×0.47 meters, and the cast-in-place overlapped section is 0.25×0.18 meters. The maintenance of five-story frame columns and six- and seven-storey prefabricated composite beams has been completed during the construction period from late October 1980 to the end of March 1981 and is now described as follows:
