在《会计法》实施的五年内,鞍钢通过贯彻《会计法》,充分调动起广大会计人员的积极性,使会计核算、财务管理、经营决策和遵守财经纪律等方面都有了很大的进步,对保证治理整顿的顺利进行,生产建设持续稳定发展和经济效益逐年大幅度提高发挥了重要作用。鞍钢各级领导十分重视宣传、贯彻,落实《会计法》,把它作为搞好治理整顿、提高企业管理水平的一项重要措施来抓,使鞍钢四十万职工,三千多会计人员和公司及厂矿两级领、导近千人,都能了解《会计法》的基本精神和主要内容。在这方面,我们主要抓了六个方面:
