为了确定锌渣热酸浸出——黄钾铁矾流程中有关溶液的加热设备,以解决湿法炼锌生产中液体体积平衡以及提高金属锌冶炼回收率,我们对锌渣在热酸浸出过程中所需的废液加温设备的材质进行了调查及试验。结合锌冶炼生产实际情况,我们用石墨热交换器,对锌电解废液进行了加热试验,经过二十多天连续运转,效果是良好的。此外,我们对金属钛管及其合金在锌电解废液中加热作了腐蚀试验,并且对金属铅管补作了一些在生产中应用的调查。
