目前平炉镁铝砖炉顶的损坏特征主要是以掉片的方式进行的,而结构应力的存在起了极为有害的作用。采用合理的炉顶结构和改进炉顶的砌砖操作,对于减小炉顶的结构应力是两项有效的技术措施。重钢平炉二车间针对在平炉炉顶结构和炉顶砌砖方面存在的问题,经过几年来不断地试验改进,已经在延长平炉炉顶的使用寿命方面获得了较为显著的效果。(一)改进炉顶的结构设计在炉顶跨度不变的情况
